Ron'sUpdate 75/LostTrailRunner (II episode 12)
Thursday Jan 05, 2012
Thursday Jan 05, 2012
Here is the 75th (a milestone for me) episode of my short format podcast, published today: Today we (me & you) take a walk up Stone Mountain. I discuss my idea to start Tri Training in order to get over my foot problem. Still going to Jacksonville for the 26.2 weekend, but won't be running the race. Maybe go to St. Augustine for some good seafood also. My intro and outro music is from DigitalJuice, the intro is "Hardwired" and the outro is "ComingDown". Podcast Name Change Coming (I hope)
Monday Apr 18, 2011
Monday Apr 18, 2011
I have submitted this podcast feed to iTunes as "LostTrailRunner II" and am awaiting approval. When that happens I will be deactivating my old feed and this will be it. All of my old "LostTrailRunner" podcasts will still be available at www.losttrailrunner.com. I will start over with episode 1 on this feed as soon as it gets approved by iTunes. See you then. In the meantime why don't you go to iTunes and subscribe to "Ron'sUpdate/LostTrailRunner", my short format podcast.

Feedburner Change
Wednesday Mar 23, 2011
Wednesday Mar 23, 2011
I have changed my Feedburner account to point towards the Podbean feed of my Podcast. I am in the process of trying to get iTunes to point to Podbean as well. That may be more difficult based on some of the info I have read on the subject. You can still go to my website LostTrailRunner and get any archived podcasts. Hope this all works out OK. JUST KEEP MOVING!

New Podcast Comment Line
Sunday Oct 17, 2010
Sunday Oct 17, 2010
I originally had decided to discontinue my podcast comment line due to lack of use. I decided since it is a free line I might as well continue having a comment line. The number has changed once again the reason being, if the line isn't called at least once a month it automatically gets disconnected. Once it is disconnected you can get a new line, but the number is different each time. On that note, the new number is 206-350-3517. This number is located in Washington State, so the best way to call it is on a cell phone since long distance charges won't apply. I hope that some day I will receive a call, but I am not holding my breath.
