Here is the latest installment of my podcast. I was first going to publish it as a Ron'sUpdate podcast, but changed my mind when it turned out to be over 30 minutes.
I go for my weekly long run on the Greenway Trail in Lilburn. I will have to admit that my long run is fairly short since I am only into my 2nd week back running.
I talk about various races that I am planning to run, my running shoes, and the Garmin that I have ordered.
Turned out to be a great day for a run.
The intro and outro music is from Digitaljuice. The intro is "Hardwired" and the outro is "OneToothSmile".
The podcast was recorded on an Olympus WS-853 Digital Recorder with a Giant Squid mic and edited on Hindenburg Journalist software.
