A few weeks ago I did a hill workout with Laura on the Greenway Trail in Lilburn, I recorded that workout and it is now episode 120 of the LostTrailRunner. My next podcast I will try to go over my last few races.
This episode was recorded on a Zoom H2 Handy Recorder and an iPhone 8+ using a zoom mic.
