I start the podcast getting ready to go for a trail run in my new Nike Terra Kiger 5's. things go downhill from there. Also there is a segment that was recorded after my 41st running of the Peachtree Road Race, as me and Laura (my Daughter) discuss the race and various things. I hope you enjoy it.
This podcast was recorded using a Zoom H1 Handy Recorder as well as my iPhone Xs and edited using Hindenburg Journalist Software.
