Since I haven't put a podcast out in so long I decided to go back into my archive and pull out LostTrailRunner II Episode 2 - History. That podcast seemed to be a good introduction to my running background. I did some cutting and pasting to rearrange parts into a different order. I hope you enjoy it and maybe I will get some new content out soon.
This podcast was recorded on a Zoom H1 Handy recorder and edited on Hindenburg Journalist editing software.
