Here is the long overdue episode 130. I talk a little about what I have been doing for training during the COVID-19 outbreak. I discuss Zwift some and then I also talk about the races that I have done this year and the cancellation of the Disney Star Wars Rivals 10K. Hope you are doing well in the present circumstances.
