135 LostTrailRunner Podcast

This is a re-broadcast of my Episode 96 of LTR while I work on some new content. I hope you don't mind listening to an archived episode.

I take my Zoom H1 Handy Recorder on a Sunday morning 7 miler and try to catch up on what I have been doing since the 1st of the year.

3 races and a virtual 1/2 marathon, and I am registered for a short trail race on March 14th.
