I discuss the Trail Race I ran on June 5th at Paynes Creek at Lake Hartwell. I also talk about going to Disney for the week with my Daughter. I also kind of do a recap of my running history.
The intro music is the Voodoo Band playing "Cowboys are running wild" and the outtro music is "Hardwired" from Digital Juice.
The first part of the podcast was recorded on a MacBook Pro using a USB mic. and the second part was recorded on an iPad mini 4 with a Giant Squid mic.
The Podcast was edited on Hindenburg Journalist software on a MacBook Pro.
