I read a piece out of George Sheehan's book "On Running", published by Runner's World in 1975. Laura and I do a one hour run/walk at Stone Mountain and discuss our WDW 1/2 Marathon experience. This is our first run since the 1/2, mainly because of snow and ice in the Atlanta area for the last week.
