This podcast was recorded on a walk at Chattahoochee Pointe Park. I am scheduled to run a short trail race there on Oct 15th, but I managed to injure my right leg on a run the other day so the race is questionable.

Anyway I had a good walk and recorded this podcast. I had my GoPro with me so I also did a little video which is on my LostTrailRunner Facebook page

I start the podcast in my backyard discussing the idea that it is better to strive for consistency than perfection in training.

I then hop in my car and record on my way to Stone Mountain for a short walk on the trail. Once I finish my trail walk I record again on the way home. I ramble on about running shoes, etc.

Well it has been almost a year since my last podcast, so I figured it was about time to put out another one.

Since it has been so long since I have recorded I thought it would be a good time to go over some of my history in running.

I went to Lilburn Park and took a walk and recorded episode 139, previously I was wondering if I would ever get around to recording again.

I discuss the Trail Race I ran on June 5th at Paynes Creek at Lake Hartwell. I also talk about going to Disney for the week with my Daughter. I also kind of do a recap of my running history.
